Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
If your store offers free shipping promotions, the terms of those promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Crunchy Clouds by Niecey is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Crunchy Clouds by Niecey is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
